1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EnglishDoor ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

EnglishDoor is an AI-powered English learning platform that provides interactive lessons, conversation practice, and language exercises through AI tutors. The Service is operated by EnglishDoor, based in Spain.

3. User Accounts

To use EnglishDoor, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Maintaining the security of your account and password
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

EnglishDoor offers the following plans:

• Free: Limited access with 30 messages and 30 seconds of voice per month
• Learner (€5.99/month): 110 messages and 110 seconds of voice per month
• Fluent (€9.99/month): 220 messages and 220 seconds of voice per month

Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Credits are reset monthly and unused credits do not carry over.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize EnglishDoor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your paid plan until the end of the current billing period, after which your account will be downgraded to the Free plan.

Refunds are issued at our discretion. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us at gluethetwo@gmail.com.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer or misuse the AI systems
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated bots or scripts to interact with the Service
• Submit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content

7. AI-Generated Content

EnglishDoor uses AI to generate educational content and conversation responses. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors. The Service is intended for educational purposes and should not be relied upon as a sole source of language instruction.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of EnglishDoor — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of EnglishDoor and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

EnglishDoor is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
